How to pay your dues and our HOA Board Members and Officers

HOA Dues

Have you paid your HOA fees this year? HOA fees are $100.00 a year. Late fees are $25.00 and are assessed each quarter. Please mail your fees to Benwood HOA, PO Box 6010, Cleveland, TN 37320. If you have any questions, please call 423-716-0829.
